Can I bring children on the trek?

Yes, but we recommend at least 5 years old for shorter treks. Longer treks may be too challenging for young children.

What are my chances of seeing wild orangutans?

The Gunung Leuser National Park is one of the best places to see wild and semi-wild orangutans. While sightings cannot be guaranteed, our experienced guides know the best spots, and the chances are very high.

Is the trek physically demanding?

The difficulty varies based on the trek you choose. Some trails are moderate, while longer treks involve steeper climbs and river crossings. Let us know your fitness level, and we’ll recommend the best option.

Do you support ethical trekking?

Absolutely! We follow eco-tourism principles:

  • No feeding or touching orangutans

  • No littering in the jungle

  • Supporting local conservation efforts

  • Hiring local guides and porters
